North American Construction Company installed a total of nineteen roof anchors on two separate occasions with the respective completions in April 2008 and June 2009. Two styles of Thaler anchors were utilized; Fara 2 fixed eye adhesive bolt and the Fara 6 Bolt around open web steel joist. Thaler anchors offer a permanent installation with a 20 year warranty against leaks, condensation and defects. To sustain warranty and conform to Occupational Health & Safety and manufacturer's recommendations, documented annual inspections must be performed by the certified installer.
